Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use russiagrant.garden and the referral service Russiagrant Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Russiagrant Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with run their own companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, it is wise to check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

Content on the site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary by job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site or try to reach areas you are not authorized to enter.

Calls and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are referred to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@russiagrant.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Russiagrant Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. Copying or reusing them for commercial purposes needs our permission.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Russiagrant Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
